hipster baby quilt. (yes, another)

If it ain't broke...don't fix it. I guess that's why I like making this quilt so well, it's so darned fun! This time I used playful colors that warm the quilt up a bit. I am in love with the way this turned out, which is why I took so many photos.

I backed it in the Kona Lagoon which is just rich in color and makes me happy.
Sorry so short--just wanted to share :)

I'm going to massage aloe into sunburn now!

What a gorgeous quilt! I love how rich all those colors are together. Love how the orange binding really finishes it off, and that Lagoon color on the back is awesome. Might need some of that color.

Yup, totally fun. I might just have to "borrow' the idea and finally cut into my Echinos for just such a fun, easy quilt. So cheerful and mod! Are those Kona solids on the front, too?

Just wonderin'...

I really like all your baby quilts!! My favorite part of this quilt is the color of the binding tape; it is beautifully contrasting with both sides of a quilt!! Summer!!
I hope you stay cool.. ;)

love the color combo....and the lagoon on the back is gorgeous. I hate sunburns....they are the worst!! but somehow I always forget the sunblock on myself, too busy making sure I get it on the kids
