In life, there are no guarantees. Of course I had to make something to distract myself from the onerous task of packing up my house. So I made a little journal cover. I winged it on this one....no pattern, no careful attention paid to seam allowance, and very little going on aesthetically. But it worked. I don't dare make any guarantees any more...crafting is a compulsion. Have a great day y'all.

Nice journal cover. Sometimes things just fall together. Now, are you going to journal about moving?
Joanne
I have been wondering about you! How's the move going? you know that kind of stuff..Glad you did make something! I love the brown and blue and the simplicity!!...you and your quick projects!!!your so good! You inspire me not to take on these huge projects that in the end never are done!
Little projects are neat too!!
see you!! Take it easy over there!
Thanks a lot ladies. I don't think i will be journaling about moving. Maybe some discussions on procrastination, the dreadful heat, humidity, and using paper plates. Laura, I am the queenie of small, fast projects! This is true. I would like to think that I am a fearless crafter (I often try new things), but like you, the grander the project the longer it waits. Hmmmm...my quilt...blog entry title: "moving right along"? Has come to a screeching hault!
