The first thing that came to my mind was the same as Katrin above. Embroidery. I think some of this fabric, some perle cotton and a zipper and you could have a perfect pouch.
A soft baby quilt would be cute in those fabrics.
I'm thinking it would be cute to make teacher gifts with that. Some sort of a bag or pouch with "Thanks" written in my daughter's preschool scrawl? Cute, cute, cute!
Definitely embroider a saying on them. My sister is having a baby, it'd be sweet to embroider his name and birth info on it and attach it to the baby quilt I'm working on!
I just started pulling fabrics for a quilt for wounded warrior, I could use the lined fabric to embroider a thank you and the gingham in the main patterm!

I'm a teacher a math/chem teacher so this fabric is my life. I. Must. Have. Some. I think the graph would have to show an ECG or some such to give a friend who has had heart issues (of the love, not medical kind). I would like to embroider a poem to place in the centre of a scrappy log cabin for each of my four kids and one for their dad--my love. Maybe something on the chemistry of love..he's a science teacher too.

I would probably use the grid in a Noodlehead 241 Tote; as for the dashed stripes.. honestly not too sure. Gotta have it in my hand and listen for the inspiration!

The dotted line print would need me to do some applique on it for quilt blocks. The grid could bind it.

Probably the lines fabric I would use to embroider text - maybe make a label or few for quilts. The graph paper one is more likely to end up in patchwork, perhaps with a little embellishment, a la chicken scratch designs usually seen on gingham.
oh, my, goodness! i search for these fabrics all the time. i want to embroider on my little boys handwriting. i have a paper with his name that he wrote when he was four and he made his capital E with about 15 "arms" and it is so cute.
I think I'd turn them into embroidery hoop wall art with an embroidered pattern of some sort on the fabric.

We just found out that we're having a little boy. With two older sisters, this little one doesn't need any of the hand-me-downs in the house. That means I have lots of blankets, quilts, and other baby gear to make for him. These prints are PERFECT!

These are such pretty fabrics the first thing I would do is simple look at them. I find that when you look at the fabric long enough it will tell you what to do with it. Most likely I would make a quilt for my living room as the colors are perfect to lift my room and my spirits.

To be blunt, I have no idea what I'd do! When I get a new fabric I just hold it over my container where my stash is and compare it to different fabrics to see what combination calls to me, then go from there. Thank you for the giveaway!
This is cool fabric. I've seen people 'write' things using thread on the lines and because I am rubbish at embroidery I would buy mini stamps and stamps letters onto the fabrics. Yum!!

I love the sweet and the calming effect of the aqua dotted lines and little square lines against the fair background. Great for accessories in a bedroom; such as a ruffled pillow case, one of the photo frames and a soft toy shaped like a fish.
I think both fabrics would make great bag linings, as they are nice and light, which helps see where things are, but they have lots of interest too so they aren't dull.
I'd probably embroider something on them. I like to do modern stitching on classic fabrics - it'd be an interesting change of pace to do something intricate and old-fashioned on a modern print. :)

I adore those prints! I think they're a perfect substitute for white in all kinds of projects! I'd stick little bits of them in everywhere-- quilt bindings, pillows, pouches-- as surprise details.
